Frank and Amy Lindgren’s children and grandchildren have organized many reunions across nearly a century. While Frank and Amy were alive, reunions centered around Lanyon and Fort Dodge, Iowa. In later years, gatherings of family members were held in many locations in the Midwest and West. Most recently the cousins have gathered to renew and continue relationships, and have expanded to include second cousins.
The following list includes our so-called “Cousin Reunions” and will soon include the reunions of our parents. With time the website editors hope to see recollections posted with descriptions and pictures about these reunions. Links will be added to the entries below to open our posts for each reunion. These posts will capture memories, attendee lists, notable events and photographs.

Madison Wisconsin
Here we intend to include notations about small groups of relatives that have had occasion to meet, however briefly, to enjoy a conversation. One such event occurred in Madison Wisconsin on the occasion of Dr. Jim Carey speaking at the University of Wisconsin in 2018 (est). Bruce, Dave and Steve Lindgren of Minneapolis traveled to Madison to attend Jim’s lecture. They enjoyed the hospitality of Dick Lindgren, who has lived and practiced medical radiology in Madison, and his daughter Laura Gardner, who drove to Madison from her home in Ames, IA.
